MEMBERSHIP
Who can join SBPWA?
SBPWA welcomes women entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals, executives and individuals who support the objectives of the Association. Membership applications are subject to approval in accordance with the Association’s Constitution and By Laws.How do I apply for membership?
Complete the online membership application form and submit the required information. Your application will then be reviewed by the Membership Committee.
How long does the application process take?
Membership applications are typically processed within 4 to 8 weeks after all required information has been received. Applicants will be notified by email once their application has been reviewed.
When does my membership become active?
Your membership becomes active upon approval of your application and successful payment of the membership fee, where applicable.
How do I renew my membership?
Renewal reminders will be sent before your membership expires. You may renew your membership through the your profile or Member's App.
MEMBER PORTAL
How do I access and update my Profile?
Log in to your profile using your registered email address and password via the SBPWA website or Member's App. You can update your personal details and business information anytime in your profile.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click Forgot Password on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your registered email address. Alternatively click HERE to reset it.
How do I download the Members App?
Please refer to the Members App Guide available in the Member's Area for step by step instructions.
EVENTS
How do I register for an event?
Members can register through the SBPWA website or the Members App.
Can non members attend events?
Some events are open to guests and non members, while others are exclusive to members. Please refer to the event details for eligibility.
Do members receive discounted event rates?
Yes. Members may enjoy preferential rates for selected SBPWA events.
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
Are membership fees refundable?
Membership fees are generally non refundable once an application has been approved and payment has been processed, unless otherwise determined by the Association.
What is the refund policy for events?
Each event may have its own cancellation and refund policy. Please refer to the event registration page for the applicable terms and conditions before registering.
BUSINESS DIRECTORY
How do I list my business in SBPWA's Business Listing?
New and renewed members may visit their PROFILE and choose "Yes" in "Would you like your business listed in SBPWA’s public directory?" field. Once done your Business would automatically start appearing in our Business Listing page
Can I update my business listing?
Yes. Members can update their business information at any time by editing their profile.

How can I stay updated on SBPWA news and events?
Members are encouraged to join the official SBPWA WhatsApp community to receive announcements, event updates and important notices. You may also visit the SBPWA website regularly for the latest news and upcoming events.
