Most often, cholesterol can be managed through dietary changes, but it's often not the ones you think. Our very own Dr Janet Ruth Sosna, Chiropractor, will separate the myths from the facts about cholesterol. Janet is one of the longest serving member of our SBPWA community and Singapore's longest practising chiropractor. She also manages her own chiropractic business, Elder Chiropractic, with clinics in Singapore and Sri Lanka. We look forward to receiving some of her pearls of wisdom for choosing what's best for us to eat!
